Instead of giving new players sniper squads to start out give them engineer squads to incentivize and teach new players to build rallies.

This would make the game much easier for newer players.
I like it when I have a teammate help me with building a rally.
Then there are the clueless that have no idea what they’re doing…
He got put to sleep from an enemy sniper that was watching him goofing off and blocking my view.
Yes but also increasing the reward to 40-50 would also incentive them to get to it. The mortar squads could use a boost because artillery is better in almost every respect.

I totally agree.
There is no need for 3 sniper squads in each tech tree. Remove the first one and let noobs learn the benefit of making rallies instead by increasing the reward for doing so.
True, its the most important class for team to win. I remember it being the best when I was just starting playing Enlisted, building rallies and those huge AA guns were the greatest thing to do when weapons I had were just too bad
