why is the summer camo only available for Marder III H and not for the BR II Marder?

The Marder III is early war I guess and early war German vehicles have very limited camo selection.
Most Br1-2 panzers need more camo options.
Ha doesnt matter anymore in customization. If i am forced to use volksturm clothes in tunisia then atleast let me buy forest camo for my panzer 4e and marder 3
I never said that it did.
All I said that early war panzers dont have access to them while other factions have access to any camo from the war regardless of BR.

But why is that the case? Is it just laziness or something else?
That I dont know.
I can only guess that even if they do have plans for it, they are probably just lazy to implement them.
