Give japan's 47mm more explosive filler

This thing has absolutely no filler whatsoever compared to other similar guns for other nations, using AP shells gives you just about the same result of using HE shells, you have to aim for each individual solider unless they are standing withing 3 feet of eachother.especially tanks like the ka chi, already big, slow, terrible armour,no commander hatch,no MG,and it has almost 0 anto infantry application.giving it more explosive filler would put this more on par with other similar guns in the factions.

While its indeed quite useless, just had to shoot 3 direct hits with 75mm HE to inf before I got the kill.

So might be related to some bigger issue regarding radius / shrapnel of HE’s

Well this gun did have less explosive filler irl compare to other similar guns.

i think some low BR cannons need some “artificial” buff to their HE, at least in terms of the explosive radius because some cannons are completely useless against infantry. Stuff like the Matilda and A.C.I which are premiums are horrible. I believe most non 37mm tanks deserve at least an explosion between of 5 to 6m of radius.

This table can be seen from there, and I am curious about other weapon data

hmmmm i wonder fucking why, it’s truly a mystery to why that is the case…truly a mystery but seriously the 47mm has less HE than the german 50mm/75 APHE which has 29 grams of TNT

edit: this is about HE which is bad for all 37-50mm cannons, not just about AP rounds still AP rounds has less filler whhich is funny

I shot directly at someones face and he only got downed. I think the gun was 37mm

there is no reason to not buff their radius of their fragments. Light mortars get the same “splash” size as 75mm guns.
