Give carbines high rof than their rifle counterparts

I noticed some weird patterns im the game where some carbines have a low or some have a higher rof as the rifle version but the lower rof kind stands out like a sore thumb when you compare
(Note US no real carbines to compare)

The point of them to be handy and easier to use and lighter while effecting range and damage but non of these carbines and rifle are quite consistent with each other I think this can be improved but increasing rof and or reload times

Japan
Arisaka type 38 car/rifle
Carbine 62 rpm
Rifle 78 rpm

Arisaka type 99 early/long
Type 99 early 55 rpm
Type 99 long 52
(Context the T99 early/long japans version of a rifle and a long rifle)

USSR
M91/30 mosin compared to shortened versions
M91/30 (rifle) 57 rpm
M44/38 62 rpm
M1907 48 rpm
M44L 59 rpm?

Germany
Carcanos m1891/M41
M1891 (rifle) 55
M41 (carbine) 52 rpm

Buddy….M1E5?
Not to mention the M1 Carbine has one of if not the lowest RoF’s of all rifles in the game

He is talking about Bolt action Carbines, not semi-auto carbines

Well it’s not our fault we figured out how to mass produce a reliable semi automatic rifle before everyone else. The M1 Carbine needs an RoF buff and this is a thread about carbine RoF’s

M1 carbine and VG have deliberately been nerfed to have a slower rate of fire than full power rifles - which is super dumb.

Still he is talking about carbine bolt actions or short rifles - not about semi auto carbines.

It IS super dumb. That’s why I want to bring it up. Why are these two guns nerfed like this?

Off topic, make a separate post.

He’s saying for example short mosin has slower rate of fire than regular mosin.
