Please give the bomber class his AT weapon by default like its done with the flame trooper. Currenty it’s just another rifle man that forces you to spend a silver ticket before it can do it’s job. As it is you might as well allow any class to wear the AT guns as a secondary.
Yeah, this is rather interesting. Some classes get their weapons straight away while for others you have to buy it. Not sure what is the logic behind this.
They did get them by default in CBT, idk why they changed it.

I still had to get the specialist weapons with cards before assigning them to my troops.
I had so many Bombers without AT weapons because the PzB38 never came up for me.
100%, doesn’t have to be a 4 star weapon, but don’t give me another infantryman but his equipment is sold separately lol.
My flame troopers don’t have their weapon either same as the bomber. The original soldiers has the special weapon when it’s first unlocked. But after that any special soldier bought with a silver order doesn’t have it.

At least Normandy German one had it. I didnt play moscow in CBT much. I had a lot of Sturmpistoles because of it.
Specialists should always receive a 1 star version of their intended equipment.
Bombers should get AT rifles, Assaulters SMGs, snipers Sniper Rifles, and Gunners machineguns.
Otherwise the only logical conclusion is to remove engineer tools, radiomen radios, and riflemen…Rifles.
Note that engineers hammer and radio have no upgrades so giving them for free is not a problem when it comes to progression connected with upgrading your equipment. If you would get machinegun with every gunner etc. that would be too much. After few days you would have more of them than you even need. Whats the point of weaponry orders it you just get the weapon with soldier.
Well there are “better” ones and you can upgrade them. Starting with something like a 1 star mp28 wouldn’t really invalidate weapon orders I think.
But starting with 1 star MG34 when you unlock Gunner II squad in Moscow would really change things.
I fail to see how a level 1 machinegun is ‘too much’. You get infinite carbines with every soldier as is.

No, they do not. This is just another variant of gunners with different ase perk and stats. And for them default machinegun is MG34.
Your idea just doesn’t work with whole progression system that we have in Enlisted and I doubt that they will rework it for the second time just to give us more stuff for free.
Right now you have to use orders to get those weapons. And after you get that many that you need you have to use more orders to upgrade them. After removing chance for failed upgrade and introducing silver orders the cost of upgrade and ammount of parts were respectively rised and lowered. What do you think would happen in that aspect if you just get some free high tier weapons with every trooper?
If they got different perks and stats there is no reason why they can’t make them start with a less strong default machine gun either. Having specialized squads that can’t even fullfill their intended roll ones you get them is dumb.
Many things is Enlisted could be considered as “dumb” but that is just have that type of game work. Why are soldiers dissappearing in Academy, what are those magic “star upgrades” that somehow make the gun deal more damage, why troopers are carrying half of the historical ammunition ammount and you need to buy them pouches to get closer to that ammount. I’m sure that even more things like that could be found.
You don’t need machinegun/AT rifle/flamethrower for every soldier that you get. Just few of them that are in your current setup. That way just buy 2-3 of them and later swap them between soldiers. Or they would just end up like default carbines after some time, when you have hundreds of them and don’t even know what to do with them.
None of these things prevent you from using your squad the way they’re intended to. A bomber with his AT gun can take out a tank no matter the amount of stars it has. Starter ammo and the academy need work too, but that’s another topic.
And sure, I don’t “need” an AT rifle for every soldier, but I’d much rather have too many of them so I can just make the soldier fill its role than having to swap things back and forth all the time for pretty much no reason. We can agree to disagree.
