They turned these off due to server performance issues, which is a reality of the physical world.
You have to accept that in reality it is impossible to add too much content to a video game, the memory of the player’s computer server’s computer is limited, and every byte is precious. Enlisted has many units in the game.
They may have spare memory and computer power to do these things, but I’d rather they do more fun stuff than this backpack, which has no obvious benefit to the gaming experience
You can see these features turned on in CRSED because there are fewer units there
