Give Ammo Belt and Rate Increase to Early MG42 and Premium MG45

yes, do and demand what you want)
I’ll just laugh at that

Enlisted isn’t an adherence of military doctrine it’s a WW2 shooter that still needs balance. Also doctrine (from what I’ve heard & seen at some point or another on here) for belts beyond 100 rounds had them in fortified positions.

Also the TT MG42 isn’t inaccurate with its rate of fire, it varies from 900-1500 depending on the bolt used. The TT one just uses the heavy bolt.

May you present the specific piece of historical doctrine that you’re basing your claim from? Such as any manuals concerning the weapon itself. I’ll happily agree if you can substantiate your claims.

I’m not talking about equality, I’m talking about game balance, things can be asymmetric so long as it isn’t completely unfair. As for Japan, they need more planes ASAP, preferably air deployed ones.

Asymmetric balance for some reason went out the window for the Americans and Soviets while Germany is eating dirt and japan’s are insane.

The standard is 1200-1500 not 900 The MG42 has 1200 from the factory.

There is information on the internet and videos on this topic of the Doctrine

There is no balance in a WW2 game and this has been breaking the game little by little. Each faction has strengths and weaknesses unlike other factions. If I’m out of a game from another time of war after WW2 I’ll accept it. But it is not like that

Please prove evidence for this and I’ll believe you.

Since you already know about this information please provide it to prove your claim. When other forum members make suggestions like this they usually provide proof when they want the statistics of a weapon changed, the same bare minimum standards apply to you too.

I’ll believe you if you can provide the evidence for your claim.

No there definitely is, it’s an fps multiplayer game they usually have balance in some form regardless of setting. In Enlisted it’s sometimes an equalisation, sometimes asymmetric or otherwise.

Yes some factions are better at one thing than the other and some weaker, but if at the end of the day two factions can compete with relatively equal chances of winning a match that’s the gold standard.

It’s already in game but they haven’t put on the handheld variants yet and if you’re wondering what I’m talking about it’s the bunker MG 42 which already have that fire rate.

Search for yourself

There was no reason why there was no equality as you say, what there is now is because of the cries of the allied/Soviet player base and they were given paper weapons.

Enlisted was sold with the premise of experiencing iconic WW2 battles with guns, tanks and planes that saw combat in Said battle But because of the complaints this changed for the worse.
MP40 is not better than PPSH-41 and Thompson, STG44 should not have a counterpart as it is the first and only assault rifle in WW2 and in History ,FG42 already had a counterpart, the M2, but they give the T20

There is no balance in a WW2 game

So far everything I’ve looked at has said it can vary from 900-1500 rpm, the average is 1200. Averages are formed when taking the total sum of all variations and then dividing by that amount, in no way does average equal stock/factory default as you claim here.

Unless you provide these sources that you hold so very secretly, that state directly otherwise, I have no reason to take your word above what I’ve read myself.

I will happily concede and believe you if you provide proof and evidence to what you’re trying to claim.

Otherwise by your standard of me looking for myself, you’re wrong. The sources say otherwise and it’s perfectly okay for the MG42 to have a fire rate of 900 rpm, because it’s not inaccurate that’s how fast it would shoot with the heavy bolt.

Again I will happily believe you if you provide proof!

Again there definitely is. This is a game not real life or a WW2 reenactment or simulator. In real life the Axis lost.

I know the medium bolt variants exist as bunker emplacements. I’m interested specifically in evidence being provided for the claim 1200rpm was factory standard and that 900rpm is somehow entirely inaccurate for the MG42 to have.

They don’t deserve any improvements they’re already plenty strong enough. Also be careful using doctrine as justification for buffs unless you want to make Soviet SMGs equippable on all troops and US artillery super spammable.

That’s even more beautiful because we’re only strong in the player base not in our weapons

Whether it’s real or not doesn’t really make a difference anymore at this point because the Soviets are getting away with murder and the allies are using indirect fire by blowing up their own teammates but not killing them at the same time and that’s not even covering the Stinger nonsense.

Man I just wish that stinger would have it’s mag capacity reduced to its actual size, still so silly to me how that went over DF’s head lol. Also yeah I feel that HE spam from the allies, but I’ll do my best to persevere! (Please DF ust give Japan one plane with rockets I’m begging)

At this point it’s just a feature just like how the Americans could Screw over the Japanese at the start of the match when it comes to air spawn in the Pacific.
