I will ask once again,I know they are useful and if in future we need level up a squad its gud,but what if you have all leveled up in x faction,with perfect soldiers already in your team,they are taking space in your inventory,allow us sell them

No. It’s just the same case with legacy squad. People could sell them by mistake.
Instead, make them to not take up a soldier slot in your reserve.
So this 
wouldn’t be any problem at all…
Things that are exclusive and players can’t earn them back shouldn’t be allowed to be sold.

Having a reserve limit is really annoying it doesn’t add anything interesting about managing your troops, it just serves as a annoying limit.

It made sense when Academy was a thing (at least from the Greedy Dev perspective), now nobody cares really, I haven’t hit a limit since they removed it.
