I would like to see the “Gewehr 98” without a scope in the german TechTree.
The “Gewehr 98 with scope mount” already exists as a sniper. A normal version in the TechTree as a conventional rifle would be desirable.

let us hope with correct rear sight, not wrong like the scoped version. bend bolt long ones only head the late 98k style sight. known as gew98m official named k98b because versailles restrictions

please not. it never worked right because reworked 6 shot clips to 5 shot ones (size problem). and it never had any accuracy. thats why the development group not introduced it. before closing the task war ends…
clips we’re made specially for the 8 mm, was use in 1 ammo and 5 ammo with the clip. we’re really talking about accuraccy while we have proto weapon in game ? was an end war made produce near 10 000 weapon by krieghoff and brescia
