Germany needs Infantry support tanks

When comparing the tanks with the Soviet Union, Germany is in a very disadvantageous situation. Soviet tanks can easily suppress German infantry with its 45mm HE shells. But the 37mm and 20mm shells used by German tanks are very weak, making it very difficult to suppress Soviet infantry rushing over.

As Panzer 3(which uses the 37mm)was built for Tank battles, infantry tanks such as the Early models of Panzer 4(which uses 75mm), must be added to the game.

Early models of Panzer 4 uses short barrel 75mm gun, with 2 7.92 machineguns. 75mm HE shell will act much better with suppressing enemy troops rushing over. Plus, Early Panzer 4 series also can fire the 75mm APCBC and HEAT shell, which makes it could participate at tank battle against Soviet tanks.

But for now, it’s clear that it’s very hard to deal with the Soviet Union with the German tanks.

this could be " fixed " with stugs III, but, in enlisted as i can see, german tanks are more for killing russian tanks,

but now that german tanks have more ammonutions for side mg, i think they can do the job.

I agree with Erika for the most part I find the “need” for infantry fighting vics to be fairly lacking for the most part as german tanks and light AT can easily dispose of them, on top of that ive found no difficulty in gunning down rows of russians with the machine guns.
in my opinion i find the tank stuff quite fair and reasonable.

Hm, maybe its my lack of skill but to me it seems I win 50/50 when I come across a German tank with my BT-7. And quite frankly it seems they tank a few more shots than I can.

In the earlier open tests I believe germans had Panzer III F’s with 50mm gun and Panzer 4 E’s, while russians had T-34 1941’s and KV-1’s (though those were unavailable)
I believe Stug III E variants with HEAT rounds and maybe Panzerjeger I’s with APCR could be a great way of countering, though they would be extremely inadequate for close combat with infantry and still easily defeated by the likes of a KV-1.
