Rommel does have regard of the life of his man since he personally go to the frontline to scout the battlefield, but he doesn’t care about german logistic though

I’m talking about Patton’s lack of regard for his own men. He’s one of the most controversial leaders in US history due to his aggressive nature and the results he got, but the lives it cost in the process
Another source of controversy was him and Montgomery butting heads and him trying to get more glory over Montgomery who was basically the antithesis to Patton

MacArthur wanted to avoid island hopping and fight his way to Korea through China for the invasion of the Japanese mainland. He most likely would’ve speedrun it if Patton was in the Pacific since MacArthur would never restrain the pitbull (look up the orders given by MacArthur to Patton at the Bonus Army protest).

Well, in my case, the assumption was much more prosaic. The Germans don’t have people and they equip anything with weapons, even just hands to send them to the last slaughter.
