Easiest damage control would be to give some HEAT to the 4E or F1 and then see how the rest of the small arms could be improved.

BR 2 german, or italy in my case is one of my favourite BRs.
I might not agree completely with the panzer 3n change, but i dont even use it in my deck anymore (stalingrad was the last time i used it alot).
Doesnt change anything for me personally

Well Axis really need ground attackers like P-38 or the P-38 to be turned to fighter plane and their experience will be a lot better for BR II.

The problem is that all German br2 good stuffs are locked behind past events and BP. Stalingrad Pz3 N, Suomi, mp35, actually decent Italian semi, mkb35 engineer gang. This is not how balance works.
Instead of giving out new stuffs, just buff or downtier TT stuffs like they did with other nations’ low br, lol.
I think a good starting point is to give mp40 a massive accuracy buff and armagurra a reload speed buff.

it’s really bad smg, it has just 50 faster rof than mp40 but much much worse recoil/dispersion it should get a buff

The idea for this nonsense is so they can try and cut off our reinforcements and try to artificially revive the Soviet and allied player base when they don’t seem to realize by giving the Soviets and allies this nonsense will make them burnout faster than the German or Japan do

I already have Soviet premium APC so i can move to Soviets for eternity. I could buy something for Germany but i don’t care anymore after wasting money on MAS-38 just to get cucked by both BR2 Thompson and Uragan

- I am sure that the main rating will be 3, not 2. The second one will slowly turn into a kind of analogue of the current 4th B.R.
- Nevertheless, the Germans on the 2nd B.R.-at least for me-are always the strongest faction. It’s clear that this is due to the huge number of events and premium squads, but nevertheless, 2 BR will not change for me in any way. As the pz4 was the best for me by 2 BR (38 cumulative), it remained so. I’ve never played from the pz4N, it was weaker.
- pz3n itself has become the most powerfull tank of the new 3 BR. Who doesn’t know, there are 26 cumulative hits with a penetration of 115 along the mounted trajectory and a top recharge of 2.5 seconds. Sweeps away any tank of 3 and even 4 BR. And the new three do not get to 5
Since the role of the current 2 BR is likely to be played by the new 3 BR, I assume that the Germans will be the strongest faction there. Yes, self-charging is weaker. But everything else is either stronger or about the same level. Aviation is generally OK, as I flew the d3 before, and after that I consider it the best choice in random. The Germans are likely to have the fiercest tanks. Infantry, yes, taking into account bonuses and events, has always been stronger on the level. Without prems and events, at least not weaker. Beretta at 40 is very good, mg 34 is excellent. Plus panzerfaust 60 is the best AT for 3 BR.

In my experience, mp35 performs way better than mp40 because you need that extra rof to compete with pps43 and ppsh41 box.
Didn’t feel the difference in dispersion because they are equally shit. The downside of mp35 is its reload but it can be mitigated somewhat by tier 4 assualter.
This is the gun that started it all
completely broke BR2 balance and power creeped everything even including strong Soviet and Japanese smgs.

Yeah I never really used the Panzer III N much in BR 2. I mostly just use either the Panzer III J1 or the Puma with 75mm Howitzer.

I just like variety, i use alot of stuff. Actually still use semovente in br 2. Marder can be fun too

It will still be better than M1A1 as it has lower recoil/dispersion + muzzle velocity. Totally not p2w. However there is some weird visual recoil that not seen on those stats so maybe it’s not that p2w.

Well BR II P2W if we remove the APCs is much better then BR V P2W cuz the most insane P2W squads are at BR V. The Entire US faction is P2W faction the soviets are less P2W since they got all the crazy stuff in their TT xD
