To be honest I still feel pretty proud. I basically got first (there was less than 20 points between 1st 2nd and 3rd). And am kinda surprised more of my team didn’t quit.

Sometimes, facing a celebrity is almost if not more exciting than teaming with him.
Face’s got really funny stuff to watch on YouTube. He’s even the only one I follow on that.

bro playerbase rotation and other changes made the german playerbase switch to BR5 low and mid br is dominated by soviets
well considering you have a pocket 50-75mm sounds fair to have a longer reload time or you wanna have a 3.3 sec reload like the PZ III N ??’
also take in consideration that this weapon can be used by bots and well… they gonna really love shoot trough bushes hehe

Well, if you want to live in some fantasy that the gun is ultimately powerful, ok.
But the actual reality isn’t that dramatic.
well isnt that dramatic according to you but i´ve seen many ppl use that thing proppelly
and be sure that im gonna do the same once i switch to br 3 soviets to somehow have a proof of how this thing is peak nonsense

Sadly that’s the highest I’ve grinded in all tech trees. The Soviets are the only nation with handheld mortars, so that instantly makes them OP.
I am trying to complete bp missin which is “win 2 matches” and my matches so far, its hard to accept this is br V
BR3 Germany is only BR where they can still have fun outside of BR5
that is what bothers me in this game… game got powercreeped hard cause of soviet inconsistencies. lot of stuff deserved +1 BR, but everyone just refers to other stuff some people have in that BR to justify lowering something.
BR1 and BR2 should be haven for BA rifles, shit low performing smg and low caliber tanks, but we have powercreep that most people use excellent SMG and great anti infantry tanks. most people that use BA are just newcomers for veterans to sealclub them…

yea, I completed every mission including event with soviets in br 5, somehow today USA can’t win against Japan or germany no matter how stacked teams are lol
Nah bots with it are useless tbh, saying that, it is amazing for dealing wih doorcamping fucks in two story buildings.
Its not meta defining, but its still absurdly good, I mean I rock three of them in my line up, one per “breach squad”, aka on flamethrower, assaulter and MG
Playing the allies at br5 I pretty bad atm. They probably went to play any other faction since Germany got a tiny buff lol. im still trying to play them at br5 but the teams are potatoes and good luck going vs players that actually want to win because the allies with fold like a pancake since most players are clueless on what the objective does. the best game mode to play as br5 allies is conquest since people enjoy shooting and not going onto the point
I have now played another match of BR III Germany, and it’s the exact same thing.

Uh, no. Sub BR V Germany is pure hell, especially at the moment. For whatever reason, whenever I get served Germany (I play all factions) I get given the dumbest or newest players ever to exist. It’s painful.
The problem is not that Jagdpanzer IV with its 60mm of armor has similar armor of other BR3 vehicles, instead the issue is that Soviets and US have much less penetration power than German Panzer IV J and H - the 7.5 L48 is actually much more comparable to BR4 guns. German BR3 tanks are specifically balanced so that they have great guns but only BR1 like turret armor.
One thing that could be done using a bit of imagination to make Jagdpanzer IV viable:
Jagdpanzer IV has many variations, the 60mm it has in the game is already irregular, the majority of them had 80mm of armor and the long L70 gun, but at the end of the war those tanks were quickly put together with what guns and prototype chassis Germany had available.
As a result there were Jagdpanzers with either 80mm or 60mm of armor - but something I learned just recently there were also Jagdpanzer IV variants with the weaker L43 gun of Panzer IV F2 and STUG F
Since the L43 is noticeably weaker than Panzer IV H L48 gun… well a Jagdpanzer IV with 60mm of armor and a L43 gun could be a bit fairer.
But what I think would be a much better solution, would be to make current BR4 Jagdpanzer IV get 80mm of armor instead of 60mm, since those also existed in reality.
Maybe if you reaaally want to add something with strong frontal armor to BR3 - a Hetzer could be easier to destroy since it had notoriously weak side armor of only 20mm - which resulted in a pathetically weak superstructure, which means that from a HA standpoint hits that didn’t penetrate would often still damage and crack the brittle late war steel.
