German Zentbahn camouflages are too saturated

What is a Zeltbahn?

The Zeltbahn could be worn as a poncho, and also used individually as a groundsheet.

Both sides of Zeltbahns were printed in the “Splittertarn” camouflage, with one side being notably
Brighter and Green-ish than the other one to fit varying light conditions in the troops’ environment.

What’s the Problem with Zeltbahn ingame?

I’ll get straight to the point, it is too bright and saturated.

For the spring-Camouflage of course,

And also with the Autumn camouflage.

.
On the left side there is an Original Zeltbahn Restored in its original colour,
while the In-game Zeltbahn presented at the right side of the image.

You clearly can notice the difference, it’s too Saturated and Bright!

Have edited the image of Zeltbahn in-game,
Now, this is what they were supposed to look like!

More calm, and gentle colour which fits more in battle.

Zeltbahn now has not that big camouflage effect,
they are well seen due to their saturated colours.

Correcting the colour to Historically accurate is needed.

Well, currently in for example Normandy colors are so bright that this change would make soldiers stand out rather than camouflage them.

Too bright, even lying down in tall grasses cant hide me from enemies.

Maybe I didn’t notice.

Not only about Normandie but also in Berlin, Camouflages are useless.

Too bright, Too saturated, Well Seen by enemies.

Just so you know this is not a Zeltbahn:

camo

It’s a proper camo vest. It has sleeves and sometimes a hood. Their camo colour weren’t necessarily the same as the Zeltbahn

Thanks!
havent noticed that it’s a smock, not a Zeltbahn.
Well btw still it’s colour needs to be corrected.

You surely can see it’s more lighter compared to the one in-game.

And talking about camouflages coming from the other thread :joy:

It’s strange that during the alpha camouflage were different and more realistic…
