because france is a weird nation as at the start britian saw free france the actual government (also proposed the anglo french merger to keep france in war) while the US didn’t see that the case with them believing vichy france was the real government until case anton; then during the final days US wanted to treat france as a conquered nation until Britian convinced truman to treat france as both a victorious nation against the germans and the italians.

German tanks were dogshit. The only reason the blitzkrieg was largely successful vs anyone is due to the unpreparedness of their foe, not because of any inherent superiority. Hell the Poles were actually going to hold the Germans off until the Soviets invaded from the other side.
French lost because of dogshit commanders and communists striking back home because the USSR was allied with the Nazis and the retarded communists sought solidarity with the Soviets

Well, time to educate you then, the tank losses for the soviets during barbarossa was 1:7, and during the late war it reduced to 1:3, but still shows how inferior their tanks were, soviet t34s couldnt travel 300km without stopping and cooling down the engine or breaking down, the panzer 3s and 4s had way less breakdowns than the t34s. 80% of built T34s were destroyed during the war. At the start of the war they got absolutely destroyed by even the smaller caliber panzer 3s. The only advantage the T34 had is that it could be produced in mass numbers. Unlike german tanks.
