When the german army captured soviet tanks they looked alot like this. Here is a Tank T-34-747(r) from Pz.Jg.Abt.267, July 1943. The tank now has a improved commader tower cupola and a few other things. But I think the firepower and battle stats are not changed much. Still would make a very neat tank to have on the German side. Br 2 or 3 at the most i think.

The gameplay must have certain rules in place to prevent this. yes there is possiblity of conflicting events.
That’s the problem, there are no rules here, if you take one step, others will take a hundred steps.
T-34-747(r), KV-1b, and KV-1b-756(r) are perfectly fine as event rewards. They are unique and fun vehicles, also easy to port from warthunder. Plus, who doesn’t want to give soviet mains the taste of their own Stalinium magic?

Its a captured tank, but there were modifications on it making it unique. Just don’t let Veekay see one of these in Tunisia, he is going to get a heart attack.

Tbh, I think he’s enjoying to complain about stuff like this more than he enjoys the game itself.
I don’t blame him, especially since we were promised that we will get some improvements to custom matches for HA battles and nothing happened to this day.
I firmly believe that Enlisted should have a HA game mode.

The difference here is more, a massive amount of T-34s were captured and then underwent modification to go into german service, the commanders cupola being the most obvious modification.

Anyway, this is a captured tank and adding it will open a Pandora’s box.(I don’t even know why Germany needs it? They’re not as great as some people think and their low penetration would be very bad against the Shermans and KV 1)
I dunno, in my view we need to be careful with the introduction of captured equipment as it just risks making the factions the same.
Also, doubtful that Axis mains would be very happy if all main axis tanks showed up on allies and soviets.

But no the germans widely deployed these captured tanks, especially these ones that underwent modification. These tanks arent the same as post war spoils, these are tanks that were captured and then pressed back into service, for example the french tanks would fit really well as beutepanzers for the germans.

As a limited time event tank its fine, not to mention its not a flat upgrade over their other options. If it were TT I would say the same as you, but as an event item its cool.

Though id love a Kv-1 with the german 75mm gun… No, it would be the true nail in the coffin for HA and faction uniqueness. Though faction uniqueness has already been eroded and HA completely tossed out the window temporarily, i feel itd be insanely distasteful to see Americans rollong around in a KT while germans in rebranded Sherman uptiered with a “made in Deutschland” label slapped on would be just stupid.
