How come that the unique coat for them are only in Moscow which they can’t use ars for which is one of their points. It doesn’t work for the bulge or Stalingrad where they can use ars but don’t got the drip.

Well if you had the MKb-35 you could give up to three of them those and use them in BR2 along with the other half having BR2 rifles. Also, the coat isn’t unique, it’s from an old Moscow premium.
