Question about the event part, would it be like the gun by itself or will it be an event squad’s gun?

I really don’t care. It could potentially be given to event guerillas squad. The guerrillas squad with silenced PPSh for Soviet could be part of the same event. (We don’t have have any event guerrilla squads yet as far as I am aware of)
But I wouldn’t mind it to be BP weapon as well.

There was an event French Resistance guerrilla squad that came with the update, iirc

Thanks. I had feeling I forgot something.
This was developed into the MP3008
So what you want is an MP3008 with suppressor?
Yes. (Ideally with a Sten Mk II firerate, though)
Gerät Potsdam is German made Sten copy.
Gerät Neumünster is MP 3008, even more simplified version of Gerat Potsdam. (Ian, aka Gun Jesus, made video about both of these weapons. So you can find more info about them there)
Totally different weapons, you can tell just by looking at magazines placements. And as far as I know, there’s no evidence for existence of MP 3008 with suppressor.

Yup. Das where I learned about where the MP3008 came from.
Take note the Potsdam is the exact copy for testing, it was not issued to troops or volksturm but the MP3008 was the version they did forward to mass production for volksturm troops.
All germany did for the 3008 was make the magazine vertical instead of horizontal. Again you can refer to Ian’s video, he says as much.
This would be nice, but hopefully they would lower the dispersion some as the Allied Suppressed Thompson has the same amount of dispersion as the unsuppressed Thompson, and a suppressor should lower the dispersion rate. I think they lowered it with the Suppressed StG and with the Suppressed Grease gun if I remember correctly, but I’m old, who knows what I remember.
Think of it more as Silenced Sten the SAS squad from Tunisia has. As it is basically the identical weapon, with just different suppressor.

I think it would be a cool squad, one which I would probably buy.
