I spend a lot of time figuring out who i gave the mine to, or who did i give a pistol, clicking through every single soldier and switching in squads i have in reserve, just to fin that 1 thing i need.
So my suggestion is a icon system like the one i edited into the screenshot on the top soldier, would help a lot on that.
