At various places around hte 'net the 47/32 is reported as having a rate of fire of 10-15 rounds per minute, the 2 pdr as 20-22 rounds per minute.
Do the math…
at varous places on the net it also reported that the 20/65 of the 41 was able to pierce 32mm of homogeneous steel at 300m(wont even mention about the semovente’s 75/32) and yet here we are…

You asked about rate of fire. Data about penetration is off topic and irrelevant to rate of fire.
