Gameplay suggestions

  1. make markers and on-screen icons more transparent when ADS.

why would we mark things if they’re blinding us?

  1. hold V to erase all markers

no explanation required for anyone that marks things regularly
hold V (anywhere on the screen) to erase all placed markers at once

  1. individual soldier order given beforehand in the squad managment menu.

so i could decide which of my soldier should engage more and which one should stay more in cover (f.ex. so that my assaulter will engage more than my engineer)

  1. Engineer build command order.

now i know this one actually exists, i’m speaking towards improving this furthermore and actually i’d like every special abilities to be manageable remotely, the bots aren’t the best shooters so at least let them do all their specializations in meantime

  1. make falling interia less severe

walking down the stairs or smallest vaulting mess with your aim way too much which is very annoying

  1. capture and secure

make attackers secure their cap before they’re allowed to push next objective, lot of times defenders stay to fight over fallen objective for some reason, maybe they’re willing to die more rather than running all the way back or they’re simply scared to be shot in the back so they engage, either way it ruins the line of defence immersion

  1. make marks last longer when placed with scoped weapons

essentialy minor bino/sniper buff

  1. bots should respect attack/defend order more than anything

when attack/defend order is made they should focus more on fighting in given area
this could be a hybrid of somekind, they’d be aggresive on specific area but passive to overall threats

It’s already in game.
If you aim at your marker and pres V again, you will remove it.

i know, all i mean is that sometimes it’s hard to point down your marker and you end up placing another one over and over again

They could do it like insurgency sandstorm where defenders on the point block the cap.

  3. Technically possible if you give an individual order to your assaulters to position themselves ahead of the rest of the squad while you have your engineers/Medics behind them. I use this tactic often.

  4. Not sure what you mean? They automatically put down ammo for example if they are in ‘build mode’? I think I would prefer that you can request something to be built without actually having to be an engineer, I would just need one in my squad that’s alive. This allows for skill expression via APM, and you don’t have to worry about things getting placed in strange spots

  5. I honestly hate inertia in all games. It just makes for artificially clunky movement IMHO

  6. I really like this idea. The only thing I would worry about is people trying to hide to prevent them from moving forward at all, but an extended timer before unlocking the next point if the previous one hasn’t been cleared would be nice so they cant just blitz easily

  7. Not a bad idea. Would be cool if they got more ping options as well.

  8. I just think there should be more AI behaviors other than Aggressive and Passive. That way you can control them better in the way you suggested

well this sounds very inconvinient given enlisted fast pace.

this is exactly what i ment, and not only just for engineer, like to order a mortar man to shoot somewhere etc.

either way this falling interia is especially bad

yes, but it needs to be very simplistic, convenient and intuitive. Otherwise it will end up just like individual orders, i’m not completly sure but i guess very little players actually use it

You’d be surprised how quick you can be with it once you practice it. I did have to change the controls for controlling my men though.

Ahh okay that’s fine. Having mortarmen take those strike orders would be great too. Frees up having to aim it yourself
