Poland in 1939 have better weapon than german and a good army that can fight head on against Wehrmacht (they held one month aganaist all the kraut) what they dont have was a good military staff their war doctrine was still in 1920 and dont have idea of how use tank and plane effectly, german instead yes and this make the difference in the end

I really want early war France. Of course it will yet again be another Allies stompfest because no one wants to unlock Kar 98ks again, but I really want that French gear.

I used to really want Hong Kong, but I realized that both sides don’t have enough equipment a while ago. Instead, Burma might be a better choice for Commonwealth vs Japan.

it would be intresting to see my nation Canada represented especially in such a overlooked battle here but i understand where you are coming from, early war Britain lacked alot especially after Dunkirk so only hope of half decent weapons would be the Canadians sent to defend hong kong plus Japan lacked alot early war aswell maybe chinese captured Smgs could work? I personally think it could maybe work but there is flaws.
I understand, My family is from Hong Kong, and I live in Canada as well, but neither side in Hong Kong have enough of anything to fill enough levels to make a fully fleshed out campaign. If you want Canada, your best bet is to hope for something like Dieppe or Holland, most likely the former because no one wants to play Germany again, much less late war Germany as we have had enough of Germany.

I Don’t think anyone wants another European campaign Vs Germany.
It was obvious from the start that separating the game into mini games and 8, 10, 12 individual queues as long as unlocking MP-40 for the Xth time would not be sustainable.
With this system new campaigns will be more of the same and less players everywhere.
I wouldn’t mind new maps though like Caucasus fighting to the broader Stalingrad front or Battle of Brody to Moscow, Bulge to Normandy, El Alamein to North Africa (Tunisia), etc.
Nobody said Balkans would nullify your idea.
Read correctly and understand the context before answering what you don’t know about.
@mergenthewise answered ME about a Balkan campaign, but he probably wanted to answer… Well, you.
I merely pointed that out to him, as I never spoke of the Balkans at all before (but only mentioned battle of France/Blitzkrieg as an interesting setting.) Which is why I answered what I did.
In short: I’m not against a Balkans setting, I just never spoke of it.
