Future Battle Pass or Event Weapon

The M1915/27 Chauchat was a Belgian configuration of the Chauchat which was considered the most perfected version of the Chauchat and as Gun Jesus says in the video, it was the best version of the worst gun. While they were replaced by the Belgian BAR in the early 30s it would remain in use with reserve units up into the beginning of WW2. The campaign it would go to would be Normandy Axis.

how about waiting for other nations before introducing some specific guns?

They’re going to continue to do event and battle pass weapons since the merge has been delayed, and since it’s been delayed specific nations aren’t going to be added anytime soon, so take your complaints up with the devs, not me🤷‍♂️

In Axis Normandy you can get the Mkb42(w), Mondragon and Cönders MG, all great and very powerful weapons, why on earth would you take a Chauchat instead?

It’s the best version of it so it can’t be nearly as bad as the base Chauchat, and the FN Model 1930 is in game and that having a slow rate of fire option and a small magazine size shows they’re not afraid to add such guns, I enjoy slow rate of fire machine guns so it would be a nice addition, weapons you listed like the condors and MkB42(w) are nothing but cheese weapons that are only good because one is an variant of an assault rifle and the other is a mini MG42. I unlike you by the sounds of it, enjoy weapons that don’t feel like I’m cheesing the entire game.

If they ever add jam mechanics to the game, some weapons will have to have some kind of exp bonus for using them :joy:

But as the orcs say “more daka daka”.

The best part about this mg was the Belgians put dust covers all over this thing, so hopefully it wouldn’t jam too much💀

actually the chauchat is already in the moscow allies, and its pretty good seeing the main issues with the gun, jamming and reliability with the mags, arent part of the game.

think about it, its a slow firing, very controllable full size rifle round gun. its like the bar, but much better.

Exactly, due to its slow rate of fire it’s a very controllable machine gun.

Both premium currently available equivalents in Moscow are waaaaay better. Fedorog MG, pretty much better in every aspect + 2 premium engineers.
Lewis bigger mag and it’s still more controllable, better fire rate + premium engineer.
It’s not good in Moscow allies.

Chauchat is more comparable to axis golden order Lahti machinegun than bar. And it’s currently way worse than Lahti.

I swear I encounter gun jam during close alpha, either I was frame lagging (I had a weaker GPU back then), internet lag or it was a feature back then…

It could be animation cancel?

Can anyone back me up?

Nah, you are right. Jamming was a thing back then.
