my first time playing the game, and i alrealy hve turned everything down to minimum, but i still get a fluctuating FPS of 8 to 21, sometimes reaching 30. some of it has to do with my internet, but i was also think of some options that could be added to help with those performance issues. one thing i experienced in other games is that motion blur(when everything gets blurry when you move the camera too fast) sometimes can make you lag lots, an option to disable motion blur could really help with that! other thing that would be cool would be to instead of having to remove all the anti-aliasing, maybe have lower-poly models for players and weapons at great distance but in a way it still realiably possible to see them? i mean, im not a programer myself, but those are things that i think could resolve my problem in specific, and maybe someone else’s!
I feel you man, but currently the only option you can take is to downsize the textures with temporal resolution (if you haven’t done that yet). It goes only to 50%, but if you edit the settings file manually you can go lower (I have 40%). Gets really blurry, but playable.
The game is extremely well optimized, runs on my laptop’s 5700U great, if you’re having serious issues either your hardware is so outdated it’s a wonder you’re even gaming on it at all or you have some sort of software problem, what are your PC specs?
my pc is a acer laptop with a intel core i5-7200u and 8gb ram, my graphics card is not good and is integrated, i have windows running on 64x and i guess thats it.
Do you have any trash running in the background? Close them.
Also windows, I swear to God that they don’t optimise older PCs anymore so those get exponentially worse with every update.
fps has nothing to do with internet and everything to do with your graphics cards and processor.
you can resolve your problems by buying an actual gpu. ffs even spending something like 40-50$ for basic low end gpu from ~8 years ago will get you 60fps in this game (e.g. gtx 1050, rx 570)
well this explains your problem. unless you are playing 15-20 year old games you will always have problems with modern games. enlisted for all its problems runs on multitudes of potato PC-s
