Friends you are teamed up with are not marked on map (numbers) and with name in-battle (over head) sometimes!

Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but we noticed that sometimes, for no apparent reason, friends you are teamed up with are not marked with (1), (2),… - …just has happened again in a match just earlier, but in the 3 matches that we played together before, everything worked and everyone was marked. It is pretty annoying if you can not see where your friends are at, especially since there is no actual friends text chat available for communication, further hampering working together.

Seems like a similar bug to your name no longer being highlighted on the end screen as well. Both cropped up at about the same time for me

@TheUnclaimedOne - Interesting, have to keep my eyes open for that, to see if it also happens on my end.

I should add that one of our friends uses the Steam version of “Enlisted”, the rest used the normal DL version. Could there be some kind of syncing issue that happens only sometimes between the two versions, resulting in the teamed up players not being marked? (Like I said above, it does not happen all of the time, but only sometimes, seemingly at random).

I have no clue. I’m on Playstation, but the rare occasion I play with a dude who’s on XBox. I explicitly remember seeing a number 2 on the mini map last week. Not sure if I could see his overhead icon appear differently than the regular blue though, and not sure if I could even see his name above his head. There’s 100% something screwy with the name displays though. The one that bugs me the most is the lack of name highlighting on the end screen

Yes: Everyone on your friends list, that you are currently teamed up with (sadly just 4 maximum, they might want to up that number a bit), should show up with numbers on the map/mini map as blue numbered circles ①, ②, ③, ④. You also should be able to actually see their names in blue above the soldier they are currently controling (though I think that depends on how far away you actually are from them - so you can not see their name displayed from the other side of the map for example). At least that is how it has always worked so far in Enlisted.

(our little group of gamers plays on PC, but I reckon that the above mechanic works the same for all platforms)
