The annoying part about the Berlin CBT access is that you need to buy BOTH packs in a bundle. If you could buy them separately, a lot less people would have complained.
The people that would still complain are the ones that wanted to get Berlin CBT for free as they bought into old CBT.
Well I just think that CBT in Enlisted wasnt the best experience for most of the time regarding testing. Wouldnt mind if they put it behind a paywall IF Berlin is working fine.
Premium squads at the moment are worse than ‘free’ ones by quite a large margin, they’re outnumbered nearly 2-1 by their peers, have worse weapons in some cases, and don’t generate XP for any other squads or units. They should allow free troops into the squad up to the free limit.

Free squad got 4 assaulters and 3 specialists (free is better)
so it would be ok to make the premium squads as normal as the free squad, since you wouldnt get any benefits.
Alright i just compared the premium base PPK41 with the free German base MP40 (which is very easy to get at campaign lvl 11) and look:
Premium PPK41:
Damage 5.5
410-450 rounds per minute
2.4 second reloadspeed
MP40 (free and easy to get):
Damage 5.7
450-500 rounds per minute
2.3 second reloadspeed
As you can see, the FREE mp40 is BETTER in every of the important things, and its not really difficult to get. And of course it takes time to level up guns because thats the point of every game. Gaining better stuff, so even with 5 stars the ppk41 couldnt match the free mp40 with 5 stars.
Also you have to think about taht people pay 30 dollars to save some time, what do you expect? Paying 30 dollars for skins only and even worse guns? I think fortnite could be a better game for you, since its also free, and others cant pay to save someof their time time.
If you dont like this game but many others would like it that way, why dont you just play something else?
Except for the aforementioned better guns and the fact that they are already high level, so the individual soldiers are better until you get 4 rank 5 (rank 4 for non-founders premiums) soldiers to match it.
Is not a Russian gun. Compare PPK to the PPD. And have you looked at recoil yet? PPK is actually the most balanced gun among the three mentioned guns, MP41 and MG30 are actually direct upgrades to their free counterparts so it makes sense to not look at the two guns that are actually objectively better as your argument wouldn’t stand otherwise 
Then buy 3 months of premium time. Speed up your grind universally.
Not everyone wants them buffed. But I guess you can ignore that too to make another one of these childish arguments. If you don’t like the way the developers decided to nerf them (as the community had suggested a gun nerf so all of the guns are like the PPK or Chauchat, aka sidegrades, and not like MG30 or MP41, aka upgrades, we wouldn’t have the 4 man squads for them, but devs decided to not nerf the guns) you can just decide to play a different game as well.
Not sure what you’re trying to say, comparing the PPK to the MP40 is actually downplaying how terrible the PPK is, its no better than the German SMG’s which are supposed to be weaker than Russian ones.
PPK to PPD is no challenge, the PPD has like 2x+ the amount of ammunition AND fires nearly two times as fast.
I wouldn´t really say weaker, but rather specialized on different type of gameplay. For example, you can´t reliably use PPD on distances where MPs are still accurate enough. PPK is pretty much the same as MPs in that regard, which made 7 assaulters squad so powerful for PPK. You literally had the best close range weapons (PPDs and shotguns) together with mid range encounter SMG in a single squad.
For its very uniqueness, I actually value PPK more over MP41 that brings nothing different and is just a direct upgrade to MP40.
Probably the only and the prime problem of why Berlin CBT is (according to our information) abandoned… Why should anyone want to spend so much money on CBT test of a single campaign that he/she may not even like on the end? It would be far wiser to spend those money differently.
Obviously it doesnt matter how good a russian squad for russian teams is, its about the enemys who encounter them. Thats why i chose the mp40 to compare. Also If you choose to compare the recoil as well, its just slightly less on the ppk but for the rest of the important things, the mp40 is better

Also, you would get the same amount of stuff, so why do you try to make everyone who bought the premium bundle sad about it? It doesnt affect which way they choose, so why are you against making people happy?:
Getting 4 rank 5 soldiers with the bundle + paying 30 dollars
Getting 4 rank 5 soldiers because of 3 months of premium + paying 30 dollars
Getting 4 rank 5 soldiers because of playing 6 months (because premium would just increase the earned xp 2 times) + completely free
In the end you get the same stuff, its your call which way you choose, there is nothing which is unfair.

PPD is unquestionably the better gun, hipfiring that baby has no recoil and can clear a room in a couple of seconds. PPK can’t do that due to its ROF.
Why should you compare with guns of your teammates? you wouldnt notice the difference when you play with premium squads in your team. Its all about how the enemys feel when they encounter the premium squad. Seems like you are just a little jealous of the ones who bought the bundle, since your way of comparing isnt making sense at all.
To compare the possibilities that premium weaponry gives you in contrast to free equipment? To do that you must compare the weapons form the same side, not from opposing sides.
For example PPK works different than PPD. It has lower recoil, but that gives it better stability and makes it stronger at longer distances. Those weapons offer different advantages.
MP41 on the other hand is just strict upgrade of MP40 with lower recoil and semi-auto mode that can be used for precision shooting over loner distances.
Depends on the circumstances really. Pretty much just like @32883447 says, PPK allows you to reliably and accurately fire on higher (and safer) distances because its recoil is lower than PPD. Before premium squad nerf, you could take such unique weapon, combine it with PPDs and you are going to have best squad you can get for both distances. So yes, PPD is strong, but on higher distance engagement PPK or MP triumphs over it by large margin.
Not to mention, that former 7 assaulters/gunners squads were menace on Moscow that made most other guns obsolete.
You’re not comparing your teammate’s guns, but rather the guns you would get if you played said nation without paying, like @32883447 said.
Why should anyone care about what weapons your teammates are using? i mean you would be able to play every squad you want and the others play premium squads and you would never notice what they are using because you dont fight against them, like you wouldnt notice if your teammates got the double amount of health or damage, all you care about would be if the ENEMY would have double amount of health or damage, because it would be unfair for you to encounter a squad which would be double as good as free ones (as an example for balancing). Also, of course every gun is performing good at one special range. PPD is best at close quarters, the m91 is the best at long ranges, and the avt is performing great at mid range. The ppk would be usable between close and mid range, somehow as the dp27 is usable for mid- and long range. Also submachinegunners are used to fight in close range combat and the ppk is definetly worse then most of the other mps in close range, BUT to balance it, the ppk is slightly better in mid ranges then the other mps.

= 0 (basically not better and not worse) Just because this playstyle (between close and mid range) isnt avialible for everyone doesnt mean its op. You can easily kill them with a sniper rifle, a machinegun or any other gun if you use it in bursts. The premium squad can counter submachineguns but the premium squad can be countered by other guns like snipers or machineguns.

Those are two answers - you seem to just ingnore them and give the same question as before.
PPK is one of those premium guns that were almost always considered as the good balanced guns. They offer different experience, not direct upgrade over fre guns from the same side. Others, like MP41 and MG30, are direct upgrades because they give nothing new in case of playstyle, but only better stats.
I am just talking about the cbt founder bundle for the ussr, maybe they could balance them individually and not all the same way.
both those squads were purchased the same way and both have same value. PPK was still extremely strong, and squad composition made it pretty much universal. Yes, it was overshadowed by MP41, but that doesn´t make it completely fine.
So why should we bias buffing of one squad and leave the other in the dust? Because it has sentimental value to you…? With all respect, that is not a good reason.
Both squads were extremely strong and did a lot of damage in CBT and none of them deserves to be buffed back to its original glory.
Not to mention (again), that squad compositions of all squads have changed, and mostly are now smaller in comparison to CBT.
I mean at least they could make the ppk comparable to the mp41, else it would be unfair for ussr premium squads to encounter german premium squads.
I’d prefer the other way around so the MP41 is actually balanced and then we can talk about increasing their numbers back to 7. MP41 is currently objectively better than the MP40.
The best way to balance them is to make the guns and soldiers rank 4, because lets be honest, to get rank 4 stuff is easy and its not very time consuming, probably everyone got a lot of rank 4 stuff…
