Limit flaging to one per day per user. I’m getting sick of whole “discussions” getting flagged.

Maybe a sort of voting system that needs multiple people to flag a post, otherwise nothing happens. Say, At least 3 others need to agree with it for a post to be flagged like normal.

Or make it so that you need more than 1 flag to close a discussion down. Normal forums use a system where you need a X ammount before it gets closed which seems to work fine tbh.
It exists already. You need 2 people to flag to hide a comment (if I remember correctly).
Aparently it’s not enough.

No its just one atm, should be more. Did a direct message about it to a moderator. Right now one person has to much power on the forum.
Or ban the small group of people that brigade posts they disagree with
seriously, you would think after the 5th time it trashed a thread it would get rethought.
Actual constructive, well-thought posts have gotten wiped out by tantrums like that.

People nowadays for a few years now have been taught that the main thing in life is to figure out how you are offended by something so when people try to have a forum where posts can get flagged by one person it does not work - - sorry about how many people got offended, triggered, felt like they now have a micro aggression by this post …
