My soldiers are usually together and that’s why they all die together because of the artillery shells, or my soldiers reveal my location while I’m lying in the trench, or I lose casualties because they leave their positions. It would be nice if we had the option to increase the distance between the formation and the soldiers like in the rigging games.

You can do this already. If on keyboard, hold Y and then use Q and E to set their distance and stance.
Also press X to mark a spot where your squad will stay. Hold X to cancel the order.

That is already possible
What I mean is that it would be better if we fixed it to the point we set ourselves, for example, I want to fix my machine gun to the window, I want to put my sniper somewhere else, but after going there and pressing x, all the others go in that direction ,if thats have how can i make it ?

You can do it if i’m not wrong with K or L You can select one soldier and then press to give him a order to stay in a specific place and with same key '“L” You can select the other and the other soldier to place him where You want but is a little tiring proccess but if You are patient You can defend and objective by placing your bots in specific positions to eliminate enemies, also if You don’t want to build a rallie or You wanna to build it faster press X to call another soldier to help you (consider that you need 2 engginers in that case) also if you aim to a construction you can press the same key to call a soldier and disalmble whatever. ( Also works with enemy structures )
And if You see a tank and if You have an AT gunner You can order him to shoot to the tank.

Any way to do this on console?
There should be, but I don’t know the bindings (K/M here). Best to have a look at your controller bindings in the settings.
