could we get foreign legion squads for the German like the SS Charlemagne or Russian Liberation Army?

We do have them in the game, but they have German voices.
Its in the game as 33rd Grenadier division with two squads, a flamethrower and radio, they were in Berlin campaign.

There where a number of them but none with special voiceover or something like that.
All they had has a special squad insignia in the menu but that was about it.
I don’t think that people of these foreign nations will be very happy to see in this game traitors of their homeland, who killed their own compatriots.

They can also bring in a Russian squadron from the German side to bring back the MP-717
