For anyone wondering- sadly you can not give back premium squads and get gold back (support)

Hello comrades!

As the title says, returning a premium squad to get your gold back is not possible. I asked the support team about my purchase of the 50$ “katyusha” bm28 premium squad (it is unusable… it really is totally unusable), if i could return it and the support team told me it is not possible.

This post is just for the people who are wondering if returning squads is possible (probably @111635432 tried to, just like me if i understood him right)

so in short

It is sadly not possible-

thanks for info … yup my friend tried to refund ingame purchase, but i wondered how would squad refund ends up , its not good they cannot provide refund … people should know about it before they purchase something … it should be standard

so if gold cant be refunded then regular money also cannot i presume

It would be a cool move if they add an 24h period in which you could ask for a refund in exchange for an account rollback to the moment of purchase. Testing them on proving grounds simply aint the same as testing something in battle.

As far as I know, you can get refunds for accidental purchases. But again, we are talking about purchases made by accident or by mistake.
Those. you must not play this unit, use the currency, etc. It is advisable not to play at all until the return.
I can’t say for sure if this works with purchases for gold, but it works with purchases in the gaijin store.

Is it just me or does every transaction with darkflow comes across very dodgy and scamish.

I know a guy who got a refund but he never used the squad in battle and got kills with it or whatsoever, plus he contacted the support immidiately after the false purchase.
So I think it is possible to get a refund but not after you used the said squad in battle for real.

 This.

I can confirm from personal experience (one request got accepted, another one in another occasion got denied) that in order to stand a chance for refund after an accidental purchase, one must NOT play the game after the purchase.

Any game activity that takes advantage in any way of the purchase will be considered a reason to deny the refund, and they won’t consider account rollbacks.

I think it’s important to specify that it’s not possible only because they don’t want to do it. The means is there, but the desire is not.

Nobody is making them give returns, so they won’t do it. This is not a consumer friendly company.

You understand everything correctly. This principle is practiced in all games with transactions.

Is there even a return policy in any part of their website??

Yes there is

7.3. All purchases made through the Services are non-refundable, except as it is required under the applicable law. The User assumes full responsibility for confirming that the phone, computer or other device are supported, and that the computer, phone or other device has the proper software and is compatible to the products, applications or services purchased, downloaded or otherwise obtained by the User through the Services.

yes but… once you buy something for 50 bucks it should not be unusable or unenjoyable to play … it is open beta still… WE ARE TESTING THAT STUFF FOR THEM , devs behave like if they are sellin serious and finished stuff … but in most cases it is not … if they sell stuff for 50 bucks then it should be able to at least try it out … basically it says … you bought it ? you dont like it ? thats your problem … but you dont know for sure how will the squad perform in actual battle after the purchase so there should be either refund or some kind of trial battle for these anyway

It would be exceptionally easy for them to return squads for enlisted gold, as there is no currency exchange or financial complications involved. It’s not more complicated than just changing a few variables.

I would be surprised it the capability to do so isn’t already there, and it would be a huge step forward if they provided a return period that allowed you to try out a purchase.

It is also imperative that they provide a visible ledger tracking purchases from an account; in both cash and egold.

Probably no refunds once you play the premium.
