Fedorov kills with one bullet. AC44 is not.
But at same time it has much worse recoil, so at mid range you will miss half of your shots, while AS-44 has almost no recoil (especially premium version) with great accuracy and low dispersion, you may even surprise enemy snipers how accurate and high dps that gun can be. They are all sidegrades same with PPSh-41. I kinda like the weapon variety between smgs/auto rifles you may pick your style of gameplay or mix between three of them.
PPsh-41 - amazing at close range, weak at mid range, worthless at long range
Fedorov - great at close range, good enough at mid range, awful at 50m unless you single tap
AS-44 - good at close range, great at mid range, still fine at long range (it’s even more accurate and deadly if you use dual recoil perks and bipod)

Also asking to change a weapon that is going to be added has greater chance of succes than asking to change a weapon that is already in game.
As-44 is in the game. Not sure what you are complaining about.

AS-44 is technically WW2 weapon although some prototype models were made after WW2. personally i couldnt tell difference between first and 7th prototype of AS-44
if it was about WW2 you would have HA. this is more WW2-ish era fps.
