So i have tried to find a topic for it, but how does one practice flying? i can’t do it from the “practice” section? is it just in battle? Because that is a bit rough? I’d not mind a chance to get to learn how to fly?
You could download War Thunder and practice flying there. WT’s mouse control flight mechanics are similar to the flight mechanics here, and if you can fly well there, then you’ll clobber people here.
A few issues with the planes I’m experiencing. I get a lot of camera shake when doing a bombing or rocket run. It smooths out just seconds before I launch my rockets. I wish there was 3rd person view.

I’ve flown well “lol well” once, other than that i crash good?

You can test aircraft in practice mode. You just have to wait 60 seconds. Their griefing fix for early plane kills has carried over to the practice mode. Being a war thunder air combat junky, I can tell you the air gameplay in Enlisted is a little lackluster all round for the moment for various reasons ranging from flight model/control to being on a team that will mark targets for you. It’s literally hit and miss!

Camera shake might be due to excessive dive speed causing controls to shake. I know the devs are working to improve the flight models and flight characteristics but I shudder to think how deadly planes will be when that happens.
Even with the janky flight controls there are some pilots that already wreck havoc on the battlefield.
It’s playable, it’s just a little annoying that’s all. I’ll try with less dive speed, thanks for the recommendation.
Can you really? Because I think I can’t. Waited more than 120 seconds. Repeated it by not selecting airplanes but clicking through troops selection every 5 seconds to keep the timer ticking, but after the 60 seconds, selecting the plane and pressing ‘Go’ gives me the “Squad is dead” + Welcome messages.
I guess maybe the battle counter is not running in practice mode?
its just a bug that you can choose fighter pilots only
With 0.1.20.14 I’m now able to practice flying with the IL-2 (though with the 1 minute timeout) - this is what I’d call a quick fix, less than 2 hours until getting resolved, awesome. 
OMFG!!! thank you to the people who said its on a timer, i had literally no idea. Started doing some practice flying, i suck so hard. But now i can actually get a feel for it.
I watched some quatro YT and i think it has more controls? i see the backwards aspect which will hurt. But gods damn if i didn’t fly for a whole minute before crashing :"D
Anyone flying a German bird can do so. Point reticle toward known enemy positions. Fire rockets or bombs. Frustrate enemy.
