I suffer with Visual Snow Syndrome. Floaters are all I see IRL. 
I’ve yet to play since the update though, so no, I haven’t seen them ingame.
@Adamnpee - Actually, excessive LSD consumption is one of the root causes of VSS but I wouldn’t know anything about that… …

i listened to norman ohler talking about history of LSD and its possible future. LSD(and shrooms) could be preventive cure for alzheimer/dementia and it is good for brain neuroplasticity which could help people recover after stroke.
