Flexibilize APC driving rules

Hello Bandeide here, and we going to talk about APC squads and how they can become more easy to move from place to place. so we greatly improve logistics.

for some reason you can’t move the APC no matter what you do after the original APC squad died, i would make the owner always able to relocate the APC from one place to another. BUT, i mighty not work, so AT LEAST, the APC owner using his the APC squad should able to drive it.

------------------------------------------------ Pick up lobby squad mates -------------------------------

some times you end up driving close a platoon mate ( someone that playing whit you ), and he can’t get in. i might be something superficial, but i love giving a ride to my brothers in arms. so if you are Platoon mate you should be able to enter the APC. but not drive.

If you launch a second apc squad the first apc is destroyed. yes they cant jump into the apc because they can spawn into it. an apc is a mobile spawn point not a taxi.

But again, some of the APCs have offensive capacities, so at the least a player should be able to re-enter the crew weapon and then do it like for the emplacement buildables that the your bots only enter to fill loader/commander (if any) so that there still is space for other squads to spawn in. (This also goes for if the apc owner has respawned a non apc squad after.
