twitch drops are not beign awarded, at least give an explanation on why this is happening and how much time will take to resolve the issue

Got the first 4 tickets but not the 4 followings … its normal ?
As far as i know you need go to gss.gaijin.net and click update button again…if it’s doesn’t work - text to support.
