I notice that the in game smoke grenade for the German army model is wrong and there are no parachutes for the pilots. To prevent friendly fire the German smokes NEED to have a white line in the middle of the grenade. There is nothing to tell difference from a grenade that kill to a grenade that blinds.
next I need to talk about parachutes the fact the game make a fuss about not give a primary weapons, but there no point of give you pilots guns, because you going to dead if you try to land do to the in game physics be very off.
Parachutes have been asked for, I think if they make them slow enough and not able to be deployed too low to ground, it will be fine, I mean any soldier can snipe you as you are floating down.
I have seen that the character model itself has a parachute, on their back, but not yet in game (if it will be).
Providing the fighter or attack plane get the credit for killing the plane, which I think he does right now already.
If they would like to go one step further, they could also implement a mechanic where you die when hitting a surface (be it ground or a wall) at certain speed and a parachute would slow you down gradually.
This way the minimum safe height of deploying the chute would depend on whether you were flying up or down or whether thereās water below you to slow you down.
You can also jump out with your pilot and survive (medkit recommended), if you exit low enough over the battlefield. (Iām unsure whether your friend died because of the jump or because of the enemy.)
I have also notice that the Russian grenade model for both smoke and anti-personnel use the same model and the IN-game smoke grenade look nothing like real the Russian smoke from World war 2
