What is the logic behind this order?
If the logic was by BR, then it should be TOZ-B (1), SVT-38 (3), SVT-40 (4), AVT-40 (5).
If the logic was alphabetical, it should be AVT, SVT-38, SVT-40, TOZ-B.
In the current absense of logic it is difficult to find specific weapons.

Yes, this is weird and hard to find specific weapons. Maybe the developers have spaghetti code that is unfixable.
I agree it should have a more BR based order, it would make it easier to find items when you have a lot of them.
Also, I never noticed the missing dash between the SVT and 40. 
Also all AVTs of all star levels here can be foldered together, with the list expanding when you click on it.
No need to clutter the UI.
