You go behind them they turn shoot you in less than a second and gone.
They must have an area on their front which they can see

They can hear you running, you have to be sneaky
well seems like they notice you when you aim at them. with sniper i have seen bots running in totally different direction and when i put my crosshair they turn towards me. it is kinda stupid when i havent even shot at them.
The more important question, how do you get close enough for them to hear you without shooting them
i’ve had bots turn and snipe me when i was trying to snipe them from a distance
Even if they can hear, turning and shooting you in under a second is still something that should be fixed.
