A game is more fun when its realistic and tactical. This game has a lot of details just like games like HLL and PS. So if this game is modified to be more realistic, it would have the same amount of attraction for gamers, just like those 2 games have
I mean i loved BF series in hardcore mode but that game wasnt realistic asw even if it was quite easy to kill someone just saying since this one has an crossover from being both BF and RO at the same time which to me is an nice mix
I understand but this game is much better than cartoony battlefield games. It’s more ww2 like in gameplay, not sliding like maniacs. I’d buy Enlisted with real money over BF games anyday. If this game was made more realistic, it would attract more and more gamers which in turn would be good revenue for devs and they could implement a lot of new features in this game. Money gives you motivation.
As you can see in this video below, I have made the same kind of rambo kills jumping down from 1st floor balcony too. But to be honest in terms of gameplay, I don’t wanna play like this. I wanna play more realistically and tactically.
There seems to be 2 distinct camps in regards to this. I disagree on both of OP points but give some concessions. But overall I lean on the fun aspects of gameplay.
Overall I disagree with peoples complaints with “bunny-hopping” since being in the air really isnt an advantage and after a few hops you are out of stamina and a sitting duck anyway. Dipping around trying to dodge shots is going to be natural when you are being shot at, and it makes for fun skill expression
You should still be able to jump and shoot while in the air, but you should no longer be able to ADS while mid-air since it is realistically quite the challenge to do. However I want to be able to fire a hail Mary hip fire shot if I so choose with an obvious accuracy penalty.
With how some of the maps are designed, having it do mortal damage would ruin a lot of the movement around certain areas. At most I might be able to agree with experimenting with a slight increase in fall damage so that you can’t keep people on a goose chase thru windows and dropping down, requiring the player to heal at some point for the maneuver.
Overall this should stay just about the same tho imho.
Having a optional hardcore mode which is more deadly and with realistic bullet drop and stuff would be appreciated even by me
However without an optional mode I insist that the game should stay in it’s actual arcade feeling. It is too much fun the way it is. I like to jump and shoot and I could do this in real life as well (close range ofc)
Can they also fix machine gunners running and gunning with MG34s and MG42s or at least make the gun uncontrollable. While hip firing was possible and has evidence, I have never seen any evidence for shoulder firing a MG42.
I have seen many instances in game of players shoulder firing an MG42.
