[Fix G41 Reload Animation] G41 Bolt Should Remain Open After Emptying It's Magazine and Should Be Ready For Reloading and Most of All Save Reloading Time from 4.8 to 3.6

I kinda thought the Gewehr 41 would’ve been too old for a bolt hold open, but clearly not. Is the 4.8 seconds from Euthy’s stat table, because in game it says 4.0 seconds, same as the Type 4.
