If opposing team runs out of tickets and you cap a point, the match should end
In a situation like this:
They pushed, they failed. Should be GG.
Instead this happens:
Someone who didn’t attack (and contributed to the other team not winning) is already on the point and preventing the timer from ticking down.
Most of the time, this is the point of the game where the new (after the changes) confrontation mode goes from “my beloved” to “who made this doo doo”
All the enemy has to do is lame you out by walling themselves into the cap zone. It makes this incredibly intense and surprisingly strategic mode into complete joke of “who’s lucky to run out of tickets at the precisely correct moment”

Good points, thank you for your suggestion.
Personally Id rather they just get rid of confrontation altogether. Its one of the worst mission types and takes WAAAYYY too long.
The moment a battle is registered as ‘confrontation’, I leave.
I would call that a strategy bud. Hang on as long as possible might just win you the game
Most of the confrontation matches I play, it seems most people don’t even try and capture the point. They spend their time fighting somewhere in between two cap points and all you’re doing is trading one cap point for the other till someone runs out of troops. Would be better to just give two opposing teams 1,000 with one capture point and just let them fight to the death.
That’s because, after the changes to how confrontation works it’s often a better strategy - as the team who failed to cap can just turtle up.
All you need to change is making sure that after one team runs out of tickets…they have to cap or they lose
Literally king of the hill lol
Could be fun now and again, assuming special map for it (preferably with larger capzones and overall “wider”, so you can flank more)
