Firefly

no, they seem to swiftly switch seats to gunner, it would be better to shoot the gun then pick off crew when it tries to fix or immobilize it then kill

I’ve had people switch gunner seats before I could reload lol.

Slightly less armour and ammo than a standard Sherman, but it has a gun that can potentially take on a panther face on (if the panther doesn’t easily kill it first).

The downside being the obscene price.

Normandy tanks are already so insanely toxic, the last thing Normandy needs is more premium tanks making the situation worse.

What’s next, premium Pershing and Tiger? :man_facepalming:

only places that firefly can touch the panther frontally is the turret and LFP so it’s just a more reliable m10 that doesn’t create shrapnel

Urgh, they should never have added the panther to Normandy.

It would have been so much easier to just swap the jumbo for something less toxic/OP. Which is what so many players had been asking them to do for months.

Maybe their next move will be adding a premium engineer squad, who can build better (useful) AT guns.

jumbo was more of an annoyance for axis tanks to deal with rather than a threat tbh, but yeah i would happily lose the jumbo for something like 105 sherman

don’t give them any ideas They’re always watching

it’s exactly the type of premium tank I’ve wanted to see added.

There’s too many premium heavies letting people cause more trouble and not enough premium tank destroyers to knock out the heavies.

Why not? You see what was the point from the start. Now I get it all. Give Jumbo first to the Allies, then Panther A to the Axis and now let’s fix the problem by selling ludicrous premium tanks. Like you said. Next will be Tiger I or even II lol for Axis and Pershing or SP for Allies. If they continue solving problems that they’ve made like this, selling p2w tanks
no more money from me and I’m out to another game. Plenty of new games are coming out that ain’t as greedy as this one. I mean I have escaped from WG just because of this I don’t want another dĂ©jĂ  vu thing.

I’m reasonably certain that in WT, transmission hits had a chance of lighting a vehicle on fire.

I wouldn’t know since I’m fairly unskilled at the game and now refuse to play it

WT or Enlisted?

War Thunder, still love enlisted for now

Oh good. For some moment I thought you’ve quit enlisted because of this shenanigans lol

I said actually, before the Panther A was released to the Normandy Campaign. Give us a PaK gun that can counter the Tank at least. And some Handheld fun too (Panzerschreck for example).
By adding a tank to counter a tank, they created a treadmill cycle arms race between the sides on this campaign (which, is the only one really where I feel there is that much imbalance in the vehicles).

Its a dumb thing too. Create a problem, then sell us a solution to solve the problem

I am afraid of where it ends in Normandy. TBH.

maybe even making the FlaK88s scattered around the maps operational and repairable would be an idea

Yeah. I mentioned Flak88’s before and was shot down on the forums as being a good idea.
I though it would work, buildable or otherwise.

strangely in the practice mode, outside the explorable area there are 3 flack88 bunkers, I don’t know but maybe one day they will work

The flack bunkers contain an MG42’s from alpha version of game, with more recoil.XD
