I also got this achievement here completely by accident, I think it would be impossible in other maps.
My experience as well, conquest is just boring regardless of how many objectives there are.
Reich ministry conquest is fun because the objectives are so close to eachother so there is always action.
Anyway regarding Rzhev, all you need to do is build a rally on flank about 80-100m away from objective B (market) or D (church) depending on which side of the city your team’s spawn is.
Make sure your rally is inside a house so it’s hard to detect and no enemies will be running around nearby.
Than you run around between the two nearby objectives and pray that your teammates are not idiots.

Yep, I despise the damn game mode I wish it was dead and gone
Basically boils down to an egg hunt for enemy spawn points 99% of the time
