I was only pointing out that this is a complete novice. If a person doesn’t have at least 70-100 hours in a multiplayer game, he’s usually not good at it.

I’m a bit rusty, I used to be much better. I will say I really miss back when the TOZ-B was essentially the super shotgun from doom tho lol. I also remembered when the PPD-34/38 was kinda shit but that was because I found the MP-28 much more controllable back then.
Buddy, I don’t want to offend you, but level 9 looks like a rookie. All factions have conventionally broken stuff. FG is strong but not ultimative, many people overestimate it. I won 80%+ of my games in Berlin even when I hadn’t yet unlocked PPD and PPSh

Fair. I did most of my playing before the big level reset but yeah I didn’t get too high. My problem is how many people run around with it, not how OP it is. I just use it as a front to garner support because people basically tell me to cope and seethe when I use historical context to say why something should be alot less common
they just want the riflemen to only use semi-automatic weapons while the assault and gunners use automatic weapons, well I’m not that fan of this idea, that is, is it necessary? Since while the Germans have the FG-42 the allies have the m2 carbine, AVS 36 among others, to make me understand it is balanced in my opinion, since both factions their riflemen can use weapons with an automatic mode. And neither because in history after the Second World War it became normal to equip all troops with automatic weapons, it does not mean that enlisted should follow this line.

Jumbo, M24, AVS (only 60,000 pieces), PPD 34\38 (5,000 pieces!), future Thompson with a drum that was also barely used during the war, as far as I know, 30 magazines were common, MKB 42.
Lots of inconsistencies, it’s worth accepting this

then what is the potion of the specialized classes that specializes in automatic weapons, gunners and assaulters is what they are called, if everyone can equip with an automatic rifles and no automatics weren’t standard issue. standard issued weapons were mostly bolt actions for everyone but america who had the m1 garand

I wouldn’t mind that tbh. Assaulters being the only people to use something like an AVT-40 or STG-44 (AVS-36 in Berlin is something that really gets on my nerves cause I’m a shitty little small-arms nerd) and FG-42s only for Fallschirmjager gunners.
I thought they preferred 20 or 30-round stick mags because drums rattled too much?
Heavy, unreliable, takes a long time to charge. In addition, the Thompson drum had a twisting part on it, which could knock your fingers off.
You’ll laugh, but I play NERF toys on the weekends with friends (Yes, we’re grown kids) to have physical activity together.
I have drum magazines, but they are heavier and can outweigh guns, plus their construction is more complicated and they can break more easily.

I already understand your point of view, but tell me with what weapon do we counter the m2 carbine and the AVS 36? that’s the other point. What weapon do you propose to replace the FG-42?

ah ok ok, sorry, then we would only have gewehr 43, svt 40, m1 garand, well it seems fair to me, but in which category would the AVS 36, FG-42 and the m2 carbine fall? the FG-42 can be used by gunners, that is clear to me but the AVS-36 and the m2 carbine?
