I will suggest this because damn it’s a madness need change 9 riflemen or the units who are using it, I know, I sound lazy, but think in the time lost swapping, it would give game quality and be more efficient unless they do the suggestion I did about pre-selection modes in the menu

Just to clarify: Fg42 will remain semi-auto, Fg42 II will be full-auto, but you can always switch firing mode.

Yeah Fg42 II will start in full-auto by default, while Fg42 will remain semi-auto by default.

Eventually when DF finally manages to wake up from its coma and change that damn line that is.

I did even a suggestion about it not so long ago,for example for somw users the japan machine gun gold order is better for them shoot in slow mode,if you can set it unless it will be the bot its better that

Wouldn’t it be simpler that when you switch to full auto on the soldier you are using, the rest of the squad with auto selection weapons do the same like with crouching and laying down etc.

I suppose its too hard to make option in settings to make default either semi / auto.
Since there apparently is some mad lads that want to keep it semi as default.

I disagree, I think it’s better as semi on start. Semi is more ammo efficient and great for fighting at range while auto is good for close quarters.

I think it should stay as semi as default. Perhaps they can make AI change their fire modes depending on the range they’re fighting at. Or as others have said make them change their fire mode to match yours

No, it’s not. And reason is quite simple, bots are way better with full auto. An they’re really bad with semis.

It’s already planned as well, it was confirmed by helper several months ago.

I hate preset semi-auto
Because after quickly switching gears, there may be a problem where ammunition is consumed but no bullets are fired.

They should give winchester, ross mk 3, enfield p14, enfield p17, beretta m1918 and mannlicher their bayonets aswell
