It would be fine for a special squad like the 588th Night Bomber Regiment, but I don’t think it would be very wise to include women as civilian soldiers.

I think such a special squad would be very suitable for implementation. I guess I was under the mistaken impression that he was thinking of something like BF V.

Yes there was a special school for female sharpshooters who where then deployed to different battalions.
Same for female pilots btw
