Feature Request: More Realistic Damage Modeling and Hit Effects Inspired by Red Orchestra 2

I believe the game could be even more engaging by refining its damage modeling and hit response systems to better reflect the brutal realism of actual combat.

One of the strongest examples of this is Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and Rising Storm. These games feature highly impactful and realistic damage systems where:

A single well-placed shot can incapacitate or kill instantly, even from submachine guns at mid-range.

Damage heavily depends on hit location (e.g., head, chest, limbs), caliber, and distance.

Getting shot causes dramatic visual and physical feedback: screen blur, staggering, falling, or bleeding out if not bandaged.

There’s a real sense of vulnerability and tension with every engagement.

In Enlisted, I feel that firefights often lack this same weight and intensity. Enemies can sometimes absorb multiple shots without noticeable reaction, which diminishes immersion and the tactical pace of combat.

Or maybe support hardcore mode for custom rooms.
