so devs clearly said we will not see japanese at normandy or something else. So if its possible to design mm to redirect factions to historical battleground. They can do something similar to this:

Why are people still obsessed with this? They’ve already stated that the MM will try to match your loadout with the historical map to match the two.

Yeah, this is the way how Japan can fight with Soviet and UK. And how Italy can fight Stalingrad and maybe in future in France.
For example MM will add primarly one faction against one, and if there will be small number of players, MM will add next hustorical faction to battle.
For example Stalingrad - Germany vs Soviets => Germany, Italy vs Soviets.
Or maybe in the Future in Battle for France - France vs Germany => France vs Germany, Italy => France, Britain vs Italy, Germany.
With this we will get standard uniforms of Italy army, ou yeah!
Or maybe in Battle for Poland - Poland vs Soviets or Poland vs Germany => Poland vs Germany, Soviets.
Very interesting combinations can be.
