Hello, my fellow, enlisted, comrades and soldiers alike.
The title of my topic is self-explanatory, I have just realized that throughout my battles, the faces of my soldiers, depending on which campaign theater they are in changes. The faces that I choose my soldiers to have do not carryover from campaign to campaign, I understand the update, changed the way that the clothing and customization items Function, yet the faces changes as well? I find this to be utterly absurd, and absolutely ridiculous, this needs to be changed and reverted back for the faces alone, as well as the other items. My primary focus is on the faces, I spent real money for my faces to be used on my soldiers across all of the campaigns, I understand the clothing is not supposed to go between campaigns, but the faces for my characters, 110% should, especially since I spent real money on them. it is legally a scam in the United States as well as false advertising to sell a product or products with false pretenses. They need to revert back these features immediately. I now have to spend more money to make my soldiers all have the faces I wish for them to have across four different campaigns because I play as the axis faction most of the time.
I am truly disappointed in this game, and I am really disappointed the fact that I spent even a dollar on this game, because every time I spend real money whether it be before premium time or so I can purchase gold weapons or to purchase research points or anything of the such. I know that most of the players and people in this form say that the customization is forgotten about entirely, and I agree it is completely forgotten about in most regards. Yet if a company is willing to sell a product and have that product be purchased with real currency, that product must be stable and have no false pretenses or situational matters. I’m not sure if dark flow understands how these rules and terms apply to the video game world or the real sales world, but dark flow needs to understand them immediately. I would like for someone in the community who is in touch with the developers to please respond to me, there is no email or support for me to reach out to where I am able to have. My Voice be taken into consideration.
If they were to update the game and moving forward, make new players purchase faces, I would not like that, but it would be fair moving forward. Throughout the updates in the past couple months, there has been zero grandfathering of “legacy players “nor has there been any grandfather clause for any of the purchases or premium items Such as customization items. Even if an item is not “premium “to have to spend real currency on an item does mean that it is a premium item, because it is not included with the game in the base format or text.
Dark flow might understand a legal loophole, but false pretenses, as well as false advertising, which also falls under false ownership, or momentary ownership is unacceptable. If something is purchased, it is purchased, it cannot be taken away, unless there is a just compensation that is meant, or a compensation equivalent there of.

I wish nothing more for this game to EXCEL and THRIVE. I personally have about 10 people I know IRL who have joined enlisted on PC, Xbox and PS5. They all enjoy the game, they have all spent USD on premium time and they play it whenever they can. I play the game more frequently than they do, and I have spent more money than them combined. Premium time, Gold and special weapons, including the BattlePass that is very lackluster, yet I find it to be enjoyable for the price point it is sold at.
Again, I truly love this game and I wish I could help DF on the promotion and sales side.
