Do I still get to use my extra Squad slot that I bought for 490 gold after my premium account subscription ends? When the premium ends I lose the extra slots that come with it, does this also mean that I cant use the one I bought until I get premium again or does it not matter? My english is awful sorry.

yes.
but you will lose all the decals on a third and forth slot. as well as decorations on vehicles ( if you have any… also, not really lose, but those will be returned to your inventory ) and the two additional slots that comes with the premium.

Without a premium account, only 2 paid spaces can be reserved.
